Technical Support Co-ordinator

WAKEFIELD

NGC Networks Ltd is an expanding telecommunications specialist that supplies business telephony solutions to large and small organisations. Based in Wakefield, these solutions are built around industry leading communications technologies from the world's leading vendors including Avaya, BT, TalkTalk Business, Vodafone, Gamma and EE. Operating nationwide, NGC Networks now requires a Technical Support Co-ordinator to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, the Technical Support Co-ordinator will be expected to carry out but not be restricted to the following duties:

1st line Support

Ad-hoc support will also be required from time to time with other areas of Operations, such as: provisioning, sales support, billing & the technical services support desk.

In addition, you will create, where necessary, standard operating procedures to ensure that all aspects of Technical Support at NGC are completed uniformly.

Billing Administrator

Operating nationwide, NGC Network Services now requires a Billing Administrator to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Billing Administrator will be expected to carry out but not be restricted to the following duties:

Ad-hoc support will also be required from time to time with other areas of Commercial and Operations, such as: mobiles, sales support, provisioning, technical support.

In addition, you will create standard operating procedures to ensure that all aspects of Billing Support at NGC is completed uniformly.

Telecoms industry or billing system experience is not necessary as full training will be given. The successful candidate will be bright, customer focussed and will have a keen eye for detail.


Business Development Manager

Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Salary: £20,000 - £35,000 + double OTE (uncapped) + car allowance¬†(dependant on experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Telemarketers

The purpose of this role is to make outbound telephone calls within a targeted database of potential NGC customers. The primary driver is to generate new business sales appointments for Sales Consultants to attend.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

PERSONAL QUALITIES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 years experience in an outbound telephone sales environment and hold a proven track record of achievement against target.

Ideally experience will have been gained within the Telecoms/Datacoms/IT industry. Your well developed interpersonal skills will ensure you are confident about making new contacts and developing business relationships with potential NGC customers.

You will be skilled at fully qualifying opportunities and have the ability to close sales calls with an appointment. A high level of personal drive, motivation and the desire to succeed against challenging appointments targets is essential.

In addition to this you must be a strong team player with a logical approach to problem solving and a willingness to learn new markets, products and services.
