NGC Networks Ltd is an expanding telecommunications specialist that supplies business telephony solutions to large and small organisations. Based in Wakefield, these solutions are built around industry leading communications technologies from the world's leading vendors including Avaya, BT, TalkTalk Business, Vodafone, Gamma and EE. Operating nationwide, NGC Networks now requires a Technical Support Operative to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Network Services Team Leader, the Operations Co-ordinator will be expected to carry out but not be restricted to the following duties:
Ad-hoc support will also be required from time to time with other areas of Operations, such as: mobiles, sales support, billing, technical support.
In addition, you will create standard operating procedures to ensure that all aspects of Operations Support at NGC are completed uniformly. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the telecoms industry.

The purpose of this role is to make outbound telephone calls within a targeted database of potential NGC customers. The primary driver is to generate new business sales appointments for Sales Consultants to attend.
PERSONAL QUALITIES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 years experience in an outbound telephone sales environment and hold a proven track record of achievement against target.
Ideally experience will have been gained within the Telecoms/Datacoms/IT industry. Your well developed interpersonal skills will ensure you are confident about making new contacts and developing business relationships with potential NGC customers.
You will be skilled at fully qualifying opportunities and have the ability to close sales calls with an appointment. A high level of personal drive, motivation and the desire to succeed against challenging appointments targets is essential.
In addition to this you must be a strong team player with a logical approach to problem solving and a willingness to learn new markets, products and services.
